APICS CPIM training

The CPIM – Certified in Production and Inventory Management – training programme was developed by APICS in 1973 in order to create a standard in operation and industrial flow management.

The CPIM training programme provides a comprehensive approach, as it deals with the principles, tools, terminology and techniques, from long-term planning to product delivery.

Program

The program offers in-depth education on concepts, tools, terminology and techniques which you can use within the internal operations of your company. 

The CPIM bundle includes two learning systems: CPIM Part 1 and CPIM Part 2, with one exam for each. These learning systems consist of 5 modules (one module in part 1, four modules in part 2).

Part 1:

  • Basics of Supply Chain Management (BSCM)

Part 2:
  • Master Planning of Resources (MRP)
  • Detailed Scheduling and Planning (DSP)
  • Execution and Control of Operations (ECO)
  • Strategic Management of Resources (SMR)
