Wolf Oil introduced a new supply chain approach built on three core pillars:

These pillars helped structure the organization around the well-known Supply Chain Triangle of Service, Cost and Cash. This created a stronger foundation for growth without compromising stability. As Frederic Van delm, Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Lead, explains:
