Lanark supported a global snack&food player with a program of tactical interventions to streamline warehouse operations.The program combined process & WMS developments, the implementation of shuttle racks and a digital operational excellence intervention in the warehouse administration.

We partnered with a major EPC player to design and build their construction yard supply chain. This was part of a complete organisation redesign moving from a typical project-based organisation to a matrix structure, building in-house supply chain capability.

We are all trying to get rid of manual data entry, copying information from one excel sheet to another and spending hours collating management reports. Lanark has established an efficient method, based on job shadowing, process mapping and smart automation to enable digital operational excellence.

Many investments in data analytics don’t see the expected ROI because of the lack of area expertise. Data scientists and engineers are can query databases, set up data lakes, data pipelines and automate ETL. But they lack the operational experience and insights to turn the data into information and visibility.
