Director in Deloitte’s Supply Chain and Network Operations group, Johnson & Johnson alumni and Erasmus University Rotterdam Coach, Stefan Rusu is an organization and service builder, technology and business-driven leader with soon-to-be 2 decades of expertise in operations, program management, logistics and systems, across multiple industries and geographies.
ERP/Supply Chain Management expert with an engineering background, specialized in Industrial Management and Operations Research. With 3 decades of extensive experience driving Digital Transformation initiatives, he was also a sales executive at SAP and Oracle, where he further enhanced his skill set in storytelling, building business cases, and presenting value propositions. Patrick now leads his own consulting practice, guiding supply chain executives through their Digital Innovation journey. Along with Stefan, he is a board member of PICS Belgium
