Giovanni is a partner leading the International trade practice in Belgium. He has almost 20 years of experience on a wide range of topics related to the import and export of goods. Starting from advisory work on Customs and Excise matters, he increasingly focuses on regulatory compliance that is enforced at the border such as sanctions & export controls and green deal related topics (CBAM, EUDR,...).
